About these terms

These terms apply when you use brewbot.lk (the “website”). The website is run by Bean & Beyond Co. (Pvt) Ltd. (“BrewBot”, “we”, “us”), Reg. No. PV00302318, Mount Lavinia, Sri Lanka. By using the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

What the website is for

The website gives information about BrewBot smart coffee machines and invites enquiries from people who want to own a BrewBot or host one at their location. It is not an online shop and you cannot buy a machine or sign an agreement on it.

We take care to keep the website accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of mistakes. Photos, videos and animations are illustrations and may differ from the real machine.

Enquiries are not contracts

Sending us a message, downloading a brochure or clicking a button does not create a contract or a commitment from either side. Nothing on the website is a binding offer.

Owning or hosting a BrewBot

Any ownership, supply or hosting arrangement will be agreed separately in writing, after we have discussed your needs and, for hosting, completed a site survey. The written agreement will set out the price or revenue terms, responsibilities, insurance, servicing, term and how either side can end it. If anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.

We may decline a location or enquiry if it does not meet our requirements, for example if space, power or security is not suitable.

Drinks, ingredients and allergens

BrewBot drinks are prepared by machine and the menu, recipes and ingredients may change. Our drinks may contain or be prepared near ingredients such as milk, soy, caffeine and other allergens. If you have an allergy or health condition, please check the ingredient information on the machine, or ask us, before you order. Drinks are hot when served, so take care.

Using the website

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully or to harm others
• Try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
• Copy the site in bulk with automated tools (scraping) without our permission
• Send false, misleading or abusive messages through our contact channels

Our content

The BrewBot name, logo, mascot, machine designs, text, images, videos, animations and code on this website belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and share its link, and you may download brochures for your own information. You may not copy, change or reuse our content for other purposes without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The website uses services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Fonts and, where enabled, analytics tools. It may also link to other websites and social media pages. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available, but we may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time, and it may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance or events outside our control.

Limits on our responsibility

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the website or relying on its information, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Any projections, earning potential or business results discussed with you are estimates only and are not guarantees.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version, and your continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
